This is an article on what The Osirian Scripts have to say on the origin of flying saucers. It's probably completely different than anything you've ever heard before so I want to include it here. It has to do with the different planes (The Astral World included) talked about in the different new age and spiritual beliefs.
   According to the Osirian Scripts, there are sentinels and teachers sent to watch over us mortal folk imprisoned in our physical bodies. The teachers show us the way while the sentinels keep guard over the phsyical plane. The sentinels have the power to create a "magnetic conveyance" between the material and spiritual planes. When this magnetic shield rips they can materialize in a form which resembles flying saucers, repair the ripped magnetic field, and then dematerialize again. Yeah, sounds wierd to me also but there's a lot of truth in these books to keep us from just shunning off the explanation altogether.
   To explain a little more, the scripts say:

   ...[the sentinels] can come through to the material plane and, passing into matter, can materialize this conveyance (popularly called flying saucers) in order to carry out their functions within and around Earth's magnetic envelope. In the same, or reverse way, they can dematerialize the conveyance as soon as they are beyond the material envelope and into the higher dimensional thought spheres.
   They control this magnetic power the same way as we control radio beams, but they operate it direct and without any material medium (radio set). These magnetic conveyances do not land and are not for the purpose of making personal contact with the men of this world, but act as sentinels. Their work is to draw together again (through magnetic force) any break or leak in the magnetic envelope surrounding this Earth.

   Ok, sure, they're closing up the magnetic leaks, but why? It's because there's so much negative energy flowing through the physical plane (earth) that without this magnetic field our plane would spill out and corrupt the spiritual planes.

   All the universe is held together by the cosmic thought or magnetic force... Earth is the lowest sphere of gross matter... I would have you clearly understand that this your Earth is the only world on which evil is known and also the only world on which such great suffering is experienced. Also was it impossible for my father (Ptah El Daoud [God]) to remove the electric envelope that Satanaku (Eranus [Satan]) had placed around the Earth for this reason; that the other material spheres would at once be in communication with the world called Earth and would perchance absorb the evil vibrations which were at that time so plentiful upon the Earth plane.
   Ever since the first fall of pre-Adamic man in Lemuria, the electric envelope has sealed the Earth from outer space, in so far as telepathic communication is concerned. Telepathy functions on a very high frequency, and the electric envelope constructed by Eranus is entirely separate from, and should not be confused with, the Earth's envelope of transverse magnetism.

   I really don't think I believe this explanation for all flying saucers. Sure, with all that's known about the spirit planes the whole scenario is completely possible. It does make a lot of sense to me, however, I still think it can't account for all flying saucers. This is one of those things that, the more you think about it, seem fully plausible yet don't feel right. I still think there's some aliens out there watching over us, waiting to make contact or destroy us or study us some more or whatever the hell they're doing out there. If the occasional flying saucer is only here to fix our magnetic field, so be it.
