I was surfing your website, it's amazing, i love it. I have a few questions to ask. This is plain and simple:

Once, I was sleeping and suddenly the alarm went off. I saw my body in the bed from above when I was turning it off and then I sighed in relief and got away. Was it astral traveling? I've never wanted to try it consciously, but this happened once again, when there was a earthquake, I didn't wake up, I just "visited" my body to check if everything was OK. When I saw it was, I got away again. Is this Astral Travelling?

Something else, my sister claims she can summon the live unconscious of anyone she wants. She asks them questions and they answer, with the aid of those boards used for summoning spirits. Can this be true? It was amazing the coincidence between what the unconscious self of someone said and what they actually answered when asking them in person. Have you heard of this before? Can this be real? And if it is, can someone do something to "protect" or "block" the unconscious self of saying things they don't want to say?

I hope you answer soon, or post something in your website regarding this. Oh, and I'm really sorry for all my grammatical errors, this is not my mother tongue and I don't speak English very well.

Thanks for the feedback. I like to hear there’s people out there who appreciate my work. You’ve made my night.

As for the first question – they both sound like perfect examples of spontaneous astral projection. I’ve never witnessed my physical body moving besides breathing but there are times where the line between bodies is so close that you can actually transfer your consciousness back to the physical for a brief moment. I’ve had this quite often when I was able to let my physical body cough. It’s a strange feeling and I usually wake up when it happens. With the earthquake episode, most people don’t realize that every night we leave our bodies and go exploring. These journeys are believed to be nothing more than a dream and you can sometimes run into “dreamers” when you’re visiting the astral plane. They usually make no sense and take you as just another player in the fantasy going on in their minds – which is really not a dream they’re having but an astral projection. You would have been in this dreamlike state when the earthquake occurred. By internal instinct your subconscious would have sent you to check on yourself and then resume what you were doing. This was indeed astral travelling.

I’m not sure if you really wanted an explanation on it all but I gave it to you anyway…

For the second question regarding your sister – I believe you’re saying that your sister uses Ouija Boards to contact spirits for answers. I’m not sure if it’s possible to contact a person’s higher self (as I like to call the evolved subconscious as a whole) since the higher self I believe would not be interested in such matters. From my experience with Ouija Boards, the board is usually controlled by 1 spirit only but can be controlled by other entities from time to time. The spirits are almost always right since they are already tapped into the psychic senses. This does not mean they won’t lie at times. If a person tells you a different answer than what the board’s spirit has told you, it means 1 of them are lying. Of course, it could also mean that the person is trying to hide their true feelings. It’s like they say about drinking and letting the truth come out. Sometimes you don’t want to hear the real answer. It’s hard for me to give more of an answer on that. It depends on the people and the spirits involved.

I should also add that your sister would be wise to use caution in questioning people. This is considered a sort of wrongful intrusion into people’s minds. In the Wiccan religion they have the law of 3 – meaning for everything wrong you do to someone it will come back on you 3 times worse. By asking me about protection it sounds as if you’re trying to keep her from reading your own thoughts. When there’s a Ouija Board around it becomes hard in these cases. You would have to somehow talk to your guardian angel (just say it out loud in your bedroom) and have them speak to the spirit your sister has been talking to. Is this possible? I really don’t know. There are other Wiccan spells you can find out there that will protect you from things such as this but I don’t know any offhand.

As for your grammatical errors – I really didn’t notice anything until you apologized! I don’t know how well you speak English but you write it very well. I just hope I didn’t ramble on to the point where you can’t understand me. :)
