Deja-vu is the feeling that one have experienced or dreamt about a certain moment before. It is a common occurance for most people. The most common scientific explaination is that oxygen is not getting to the brain, producing a delayed reaction between the brain and the eyes.
Next time you get a big case of it, take a deep breath and it will go away. It makes sense that your brain, by lack of oxygen, is registering what you see after the matter. In your state of dizzyness you somehow seem to recall seeing the things before. I figure this is pretty true for most cases, but I've had times where I'm sure I'd dreamt it months before.
Who knows? Deja-vu will just continue to be one of those little mysteries that'll puzzle us for another few thousand years...
