i have done a lot of reading about Astral Projection and Out of Body experiences over the past few years... but i never really tried it, untill i seriously began two days ago.
BTW, hi. new to the forum.... a google search for AP stuff revealed Doug's site, which i read over the past few days. very informative site. then i discovered this forum.
i haven't had an OBE yet, but i am working on it. i used to have ADHD when i was a kid, and my mind goes a million miles an hour, so i have to train myself to really focus on one thing for a long period of time, but i think it's working. two days isn't much when trying to get to have an OBE, but i do think i am making progress.
so glad i found a forum where i can talk about this kinda thing, i plan on sticking around.
