black/blue cirle

I was waiting at a bus stop and in the distance like 100m maybe this large cirle appeared, i was the only one that could see it as the cars jsut went straight through it, but the cirle seemed to cover some of the car as it went through it, was it just some werido relfection of light from the light posts or was it a portail or an orb,

without seeing it I would have to say a reflection.
