I can sense spirits really easy and it seems that spirits just find me but lately i've felt uncomfortable around all these spirits, I feel like someone is watching me at times and i dont like it, and i think a shadow ghost is following me, cos the house i lived in, in denmark had a shadow ghost and so does the house at my mums and my dads. I will also think someone is behind me like my brother but there is no one there when i turn around.

And i dont know how to stop spirits finding me or protecting myself, i can block spirits out of my mind but its diffcult to do that. And i cant read or watch anything on the internet about spirits withour sensing that a whole lot of spirits are nearby me. In fact last time i did look something up i felt very uncomfortable i felt like someone was watching me and i exited the internet site as a result.

 there is plenty of things that you are able to do in your case, but lets first address the shadow ghost. A shadow ghost is usually a entity that feels that perhaps someone within your family line has caused them some type of wrong doing. The best way to address the shadow ghost is to be polite and ask it to leave you alone for you feel as if you have not caused it any trouble and it should not cause you any. If this doesnt work then usually a purification using sage whether its burned as the dried plant or as a incence that will usually chase away negative energy/spirits. Another option is to take water and place it into a bowl and emplace 3 quartz stones inside it. place the bowl by a window on the floor where it will not be spilled. If you are trying to keep spirits from certain areas of the house then kosher salt in bowls works. Chances are you are a sensitive but have never truly realized it. Since I was young I was able to see and interact with spirits also and have learned the best policy with spirits is to be polite no matter whether they are good or not doesnt matter be polite and firm. Most the time spirits are just curious as to who we are and what we are doing. A good book to look into is called the encyclopedia of 50,000 spirits i think its called. What is a sensitive? I have been told that i might be a medium. And it seems that all spirits take a interest in me. But its not just spirits that have taken interests in me its also angels and fallen angels(demons) I tell the demons to go away that i follow god which normally works. I am now going to use prayers i found a good website that has heaps of prays to protect me and my family. And it worked in my mums house.

 As for the shadow ghost if its the same shadow ghost it said that it just wanted a friend someone to talk to so i will talk to the shadow ghost and tell them that i havent done any harm to you or any wrong to you and to rest in peace. However on the other side the shadow ghost has never caused me or anyone else any harm  or pain that i know of. And i don't believe they are bad.

But i am just wondering this might sound a bit weird when i first started seeing and sensing spirits it was shortly after my high school friends in the yr lvl above me told me that they existed I beilieved them as they were my friends and then i started to sense them and feel them. I was around 14 at the time i am now around 17. But many childern have pretend friends which are actually spirits i never had one as a child. Could it be that what my friends told me opened my third eye or could it be that the spirits around me waited til i was ready to see them.
