I recently found this http://paranormal.about.com/od/ghostaudiovideo/a/aa101507.htm. This site describe the experience of the Central New York Ghost Hunters (CNYGH), who recorded an amazing EVP. Please click on the link for more information and to listen to the actual EVP. To me it sounds like a murder with the inspector discussing the events after the crime.
"The true mind can weather all lies and illusions without being lost. The true heart can touch the poison of hatred without being harmed. From beginningless time, darkness thrives in the void, but always yields to purifying light."
The link worked for me when I tried it. It's interesting, certainly. For an EVP to be fully credible, I think a recording should be sent to at least ten independent people who have had not previous contact with the case. Each should be asked what they think the words uttered are. If there is broad agreement, then that says something.
