I feel like im going mad at times, can anyone else talk to spirits through there mind cos sometimes i feel like i just want to shut everything off, meaning my abilities to connect with spirits, or i either feel like im insane so can someone plz tell me im not the only one that can communcate to spirits through their mind

Contact with the departed can be made in various ways: via mediums, astral projection, etc. I personally prefer to rely on my own resources (using astral projection), as with mediums one never knows whether the messages are true or accurate, although some indeed are.

With someone very close, it is sometimes possible to communicate mentally (telepathically) without astral projecting. I often do so with my dear father. But it is best to astral project first, to be sure that the person you are communicating with is indeed the person you are seeking. Each person has his/her own "spiritual signature".

YOu're not the only one. I can see them and talk to them, sometimes it feels like a burden than a gift.

the problem with mind talking for me is not so much if the spirit is trustworth its more like am i talking to my papa, my gardian angels or a messager from god, and then their the bad ones that want me to join well evil but i know those one, and i force them to leave me alone only happens at night. but as for my papa, my gardian angels and messagers from god i feel like there all talking to me at once and then i have no idea who excatly is talking to me and i have no other way of communcating with them. i dont talk to them face to face, if thats even possible and they dont like the idea of those boards cant think of the name of them, however they are very protective of me and they are always trying to help me most of the time.
