Please let me know the time which you find best for astral projecting. I won't say my choice here, nor that of others, as I don't want to influence anyone before voting.

I practied OBE while going to sleep.  If I really want to project, I'd wake up to practice a few times throughout the night..usually on the weekends when I don't have to get up early for work.
