I'm not sure that is the correct wording for this, but it's all I could think up this late Recently I have been trying this "exercise" that I read about. You "throw" your consciousness to somewhere else. Like just a few feet in front of you at ground level, or even just a couple of steps ahead of yourself at first. I started doing it with these baby steps, and I've gotten pretty good at it. I walk around outside the house, then come in and try to imagine exactly how it would be outside, the noises, the smells, etc. I'm not explaining this well, so I hope ya'll get what I'm saying. It's basically just being aware of a different place than you actually are. I've found it is great for practicing visualization, which is so important. Just thought I would share If I need to explain more let me know!! It's so late I can barely hold my eyes open, and probably shouldn't even be posting lol. I hate to think of all the typos I'm going to see here tomorrow

I totally get you. Great practicing! Yeah will be able to project yourself farther and farther away from your house and you can even be able to "remote-view" to any location in the world the more you train it!

I do this a lot. It's fun but sometimes you feel crappy because everyone seems to be having such a great time while you're stuck at home! Bethoc- I am getting to your posts but I just got off work. I've got lotsa readin' to do!

Vow!!! That is interesting, I actually would love to try this, but how you do that? I mean how do you get to the first stage, becouse I found meself few times in this position, but I couldn't do anything with that exept to stay for a little longer, but the problem I do not know how to get in this first position. ???javascript:void(0);

I did this a lot when I was a kid and still do it sometimes. It's a fun thing to do but I don't know if you actualy "projct" yourself. I mainly think it's visualization. Still, it's a good visualisation exercise.

Gifts come with curses, curses come with gifts.

Sometimes it is not projecting. Sometimes it actually gets scientific, and then the vivid sensory details trick your mind into being there. But the vivid aspects of the dream are good as well, it shows a strong memory and mind.
