see/hear ghost?

is there a way to hear or see ghost without evp work and video tapes? im just wondering also iv been working on my auto writing... it needs work lol

Well I can't really give you tried and true advise, but I may be able to help a little. I can't help at all with the auto writing because I've never tried it. As far as seeing and hearing ghosts, I think it is a conscious decision you have to make, that you want to see/hear ghosts. I think that is the first step, putting your intention out there. Repeat that you can and will see ghost and eventually you will have an experience, or at least that's what I believe anyway. It can start with just small things that you may not even notice, so just be ready to accept what happens to you, having small experiences leads your mind to then accept larger incidents. I truly believe it is your will that will make you able to see or hear a ghost. I understand that you want to see/hear them now, probably pretty bad, but that is different than projecting the thought out into the world to become reality. Also, I believe anything that has to do with ghost helps your mind accept these things. Reading abut ghosts, watching shows about ghost, speaking to others about their experiences, all of these things help prepare your mind and therefore help bring these experiences to you. If you ever meditate that is a great tool to use also, you can quiet your mind and open yourself up to new experiences. Maybe you could speak out loud, in meditation, or just normally to ask your spirit guide (if you believe in them) to help you be more open to experiences like that. I'm sure they could help tremendously.

I taught my son to try and be mindful of what is happening in your peripheral vision, as often ghost can be seen in that way. You know the feeling you sometimes get, like you know there was something there, but when you looked it was gone? It can help to just pay more attention to the outer sides of your vision when you think there is something flitting around. Perhaps that will help also.

You could also make a talisman or something similar to help you be more aware of ghosts. There are some great runes for opening yourself up to these types of things.

Anyway, this is just what I believe may help, and I could very possibly be wrong, but it doesn't hurt to try huh? Good luck!!

When spirits speak to me, its easy to misstake the feeling for the voice as my concience instead.  It sounds like my own voice, but I know that its not really myself talking to me, that's just the way my brain percieves the message that they're trying to tell me.  My brain cannot know what their own speaking voice would've sounded like- so it puts the voice as something I can relate to and am familiar with- my own voice.

Yeah.  Relax.  Ask a question.  Patiently wait for the answer.  At first you'll think you're just answering for them and fililing in the blanks but then start to notice that it's not some thing you would normally say to yourself.  That's how you'll know that the spirit around you is answering your question. 

Boy did that go in circles.  They'll be answering you,  it'll just sound to you like your own voice but intuitively you'll know that its someone else really doing the speaking directly into your head.  The thoughts just come back to you and sound like your own voice.

I think that was a brilliant thing to bring up Bethoc! I need to start to pay more attention to my own thoughts (or theirs) at times like this. I could just cast a circle, call the quarters, meditate on the question, and be ultra aware of what pops into my head. I am so excited to try this now.

I'm positive this advice could benefit anyone who is interested in contacting spirits. Also, it is a great reminder to those of us that already deal with spirits to be more aware of our thoughts and where they may be coming from. So again, thank-you!
