first night mare.. ever..

so last night i had my first night mare.. scared the crap out of me lol so i dreamt i was at school in the engineering club area because im in engineering and its been really busy this last week in there.. any ways i was in there and the lights turned off and the door closed behind me, for some odd reason i pulled my phone out and started recodring video and i was freaking out and like was on the floor looking for my way and then it felt like idk.. like i saw my own death or somthen like every one abandond me.. then i was in chior.. and every one was making fun of me for all that and i decided to replay the video on my phone and there were ghost in it looking at me and junk.. that was way freaky then i woke up and was afraid to pull my head out of the covers.. then i fell back asleep and dreamt about a random website i was on yesterday lol. it wasent that scary as i think about it now but it was just the fact it felt so real.. lucid dream ish, lol i sorta woke up enough and tryed to obe but i wasent able to focus enough on it and i fell back asleep, still.. odd to have a night mare after 16 years of good dreams.

Not that odd, you are awaking parts of your mind now and it is finding it's place, so nightmares are common with this. Although you are lucky to only now start having them. I've had them scince I was at least 3 and my son, now 4 has had them scince he was 2. Not sure if that was any help at all.

I have nothing useful to say either. I can only tell you of my experiences. I have had nightmares for as long as I can remember. Very rarely do I have a "good" dream. I think you are very lucky!

i've had many nightmares, but only a few ones that were truly frightening. one was that i was being chased by a dinosaur, and it was trying to eat my friends and i..this was during my dinosaur phase, and then its been everything from a weird chupacabra-looking creature. its even been re-occurring as a grinch-like creature with red eyes, this is just throughout my life. its been taking the form of whatever im into, yet parts remain similar, like the thing having the same red eyes.. i always here a voice, the same female voice, and always has Melony as her first name, and always appears as a college-age person with golden blonde hair, and soft, hazel eyes. she has manifested as my cat in my dreams, but i can tell she possessed my cat, because the eyes. theres a look about them...and i truly believe that Melony is my spiritual protector/guardian angel/guide. but she can no longer help me as much, since im less vulnerable. i have to become stronger is what one recent dream told me. it was a teenager, who was sent to deliver the message from her. but the teen spoke that message in Melony's voice, so it had to be her. 

try to find your spirit guide, groath, and that should help, since it helped me. i hope that my account gives you hope of what ever future nightmares you may have can be warded off by your power and your spirit guides.

you are lucky to not have had any nightmares until just recently! like some of the others ive been having nightmares since i was too young to remember. Granted its been a couple of years now since ive had my last nightmare but i think that i may agree with ghostgurl on this one brother, try and find your spirit guide and maybe that will help. even if it doesnt dont worry nightmares are a natural part of life. as to the dreaming of your own death well idk about that that has happened to me on two different occassions. the most recent one being after i returned the first time i dreamed that i would be deployed again and my convoy would be hit with a suicide vbied *car bomb* that was in the form of a dump truck

Hi im new on her as of today. It is a very interesting group. I dont dream much anymore,just a few rarely usually based around family, or stressful situations in life. Hardly any fun dreams anymore,my first dreams started out at about 5years old. I got night terrors, horrible ones, Hecal and jecal two crows from a old cartoon pecking my eyes out. At 43 i can still remember and feel it, my mom and dad were yelling my name to wake up while i was screaming standing in the living room with my eyes wide open. Amazing and so frightening that my brain had me awake but i was in a full state of deep dreaming eyes wide open but all i could see was the pecking.  Well enough about me. I would suggest a dream journal possibly keep it close to the bed as most dreams seem to fade so fast,so stay with you forever. Bad dreams are bound to eventually happen and they as well as good dreams can give us insight to ourselves our mind and and to possible growth and or as i believe negative things happening around us in our evironment also in our spiritual being.
                      I read about your dream and right away i picked on the positive aspects of it,please excuse me if what i write starts to have missspelling or gets sorta broken sounding ,im an empath and i go into automatic writing mode when i conect to someone or someting it happens very fast and i try to get it down as quick as it happens your 19 correct? you are on the try begging of male adulthood i visulize you on a huge beautiful stone step antient and a huge 100 foot door in front of you build your emotional strenth, dont be afraid yyour will is inside waiting for you to be confident to let it out. your not ready for huge travel yet build your strenth and confidence in smaller travels its okay to do this even by yourself lok at it as experiencing moments be mindful be still go somewhere in nature where it is quiet and close your eyes and look with in concentrate on who you are THE POSSITIVE beauty of self and well being when we take time to be mindful and quiet we can see beyond all the noise that clouds our realself. Your not dying in your dream immediately i felt warm and happy i felt 19 young male all the changes you are probably going through dont be in such a hurry slow down, amazing thing will come if they are not forced if we push to hard we can push the natural happening back. if you let life flow and be thoughtful of self the huge door will open . The darkness i believe represents a moment of your being connecting the child in you to the man you are becoming it isnt a negative darkness it is a transitioon of sorts as if you are ready possibly to turn the page in your life cycle child to man, it can be  scary to finally realize heh im a grown up now and my ( this is the mom in me) wings are not small anymore they are powerful, beautiful but am i ready to fly? Take that chance dear for if you fall brush yourself off and visualize where it is you want to be youll be suprizes who or what you may find when youland. gosh i feel almost jealeous but i have to be possitive and know i can find what was taken away. I had a horrible childhood and i am just now reliving my childhood that was taken
away, my wings are so very small but i will jump high and play and one day i will be able to take my first flight. you say you saw a ghost can you remember how you felt about it? Fear or maybe comefort you say you felt abandoned then when you relay the video you see a spirit , that to me is awesome, do you realize now you were not alone. its said that we have a gardian angel usually a family member who has past they say before we were born that attaches to us and is with us our whole life. try to remember if you can see a face and maybe even look at old family photos it could help click your memory if you all of a sudden connect with someone from a photo and feel a strong attatchment it very well could be the one . Just a thought:) I feel a huge amount of joy and happiness for you. Each day we wake up we chose what kind of day we want, find something you have passion for love for and commit to it when we give of ourselves , satisfaction in who we are is our personal growth. take care Melbear
