I'm hoping some one can explain to me why there are only prophecies of doom and gloom. It's always bad things are going to happen, why? Why are there no prophecies of good things like a war will end this day... or all will be okay in the plan crashing into the river, things like that? I write this after seeing a few shows about prophits and they were all, doom is going to come, the world will end, many will die and so on. So how bout it are there any good news prophits or prophecies out there?

So it's now Aug 2009 and no reply to this post. So I guess this proves my point that there are no Positive future seers. So does this also mean that they are not seeing the future at all and are just on the "doom and gloom" band wagon. There are so many bad futures predicted that I believe that anyone now can say anything bad about the future and be taken as a "profit". No real proff needed.

I think they call those "fortune tellers." "I see you getting married next year, switching to a new job, and becoming financially stable. That'll be $50.00 please." I guess it's like the news - bad news gets the rating. Not very often you see something good on the front pages.

Gifts come with curses, curses come with gifts.

The thing to remember about prophecies is that the symbolism is to be interpreted. It's the way the interpreter of the prophecy PERCEIVES it. If you think about it, prophecies can be multi-sided.

A fortune teller tells truth about 100% for her/him and 50-50 on their clients. If their clients believes her/him, there maybe a chance that the fortunes told about you will come true. and if a client just wait and see..it won't come true. the reason is, the client who believe it makes it possible and mostly, have a positive thinking that it will really happen. But the fortune teller's fortune is 100% accurate! whenever a customer approached her/him. Prophets usually tells dual and plastic future, a destruction or end also means a beginning (dual purpose). Prophesy sometimes won't happen, moved or hastened to another time depending on the conditions of series events which took place before the actual prophesized event arrived. It is often told as a warning of a possible event needed to be fulfilled for us to take action. like for example a baby on the side of the pool. surely you will predict that the baby is in danger but if you do something about it, 100% it won't happen but if you ignore it, there is a possibility that the event will happen sooner or later or won't happen at all. Now, the bottom line is "It's up to you to believe it or not".
