Hey, long time no speak! Anyhow, I am living in this old 1920s apartment building. Last night, while the kids and I were watching a movie, both of the bathtub faucets (hot and cold, turning, not lever) turned on full-blast. A friend of mine who runs a paranormal investigation society in Windsor is going to help me check into it with those digital recording devices. I'll report back!

I'd check the plubing first. In old places like that with any faucets older that the 1990's water pressure can cause thoses things to turn on. I know first hand, in our home it happened some not offten but enough to make you wonder, I repaced the old faucet with brand new ones and had the old pipes replaced and that fit it. So check that, just to be sure becuase if it is that and if you have to pay for water this could evntually cause thoes faucets to run when your not there costing you money.

I am not going to persue this and figure out what is up with this building. I think the more thought I put into it might make stranger things happen. I freak-out quite easily and if I even remotely hear what sounds like a growl, I'll move! Two more things happened (ie kids toys turning on by themselves and the door opening) Oh and I watched Paranormal Activity and want NO part of that!!

HAHAHAHA!!! I'd been there already if I was closer. Recorder in one hand meter in other and flashlight in mouth and camera around neck asking, "Anybody seen a ghost?"

So this is odd! First of all, I ended up moving into a nicer/bigger/better vibed apartment. Two of my friends, Jasmin and Ty, came to see my new digs. Then Jasmin says "Ok, Ty, she likes this new place, tell her about her old pad!" Now, Ty is kind of a jock, not into spirituality or paranormal at all. Believes ghosts are poppycock hullabaloo. Ty said that when they were visiting me for some beers at my old place, he went to the bathroom. The bathroom was down a loooooooong hallway towards the back of the apartment. No one was back there, the kids were at their dad's and the kittens were playing with Jas and I. ANYHOW, he said there were distinct scratching noises happening while he was in there: down the door, at the baseboards, behind the tub. He said they were not kitty-scratch noises, but long, dragging clawing noises. It scared the crap out of him! The two of them, knowing what a baby I am, decided not to tell me until I moved out. WEIRDO-BANANAS!
