The following is a list of Grand Masters of the Prieure de Sion. This list was taken from the book, Holy Blood, Holy Grail. The list was originally found in a book entitled Dossiers Secrets.
The authenticity of the following list is highly debated, however, as Baigent, Leigh & Lincoln point out in the book - why are only some of the people on the list well-known instead of all of them? You have the likes of Leonardo da Vinci and Isaac Newton mixed with some people that are relatively unknown in history. I'm just sticking this in here as reference for the time being. With time I may list more information on each person as time permits.

There is even more debate on who the Grand Masters of the Prieure de Sion after Jean Cocteau. There have been fabricated stories by those probably wanting attention. There are countless theories as to who's in charge and even about what continent the new Grand Master is located on. It all becomes so overwhelming that I don't know where to start writing and when to stop. I'll leave you with that.
